Silvered with applied gilt and black faceted baton indexes, revolving 24-hour ring, the center with the revolving gilt and silver world-time disc with a map of the Northern Hemisphere, divided into sectors with the names of 24 world cities and countries. Black baton hands, the hour hand revolving with the world-time disc. M. 55 mm., Cal. IMF544, chronometer adjustment, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws, self-compensating flat balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed Concord. Dim. 11 x 11 cm.
