Cartier, ?Chronograph?, case No. 4503. Made in the 1950's. Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers and an 18K pink gold Cartier deployant clasp.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave lugs, inverted bezel, snap-on case back, Cartier number engraved on the lug. D. Matte white with painted black radial Roman numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour registers, outer minute track. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 285, rhodium plated, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed Jaeger, case numbered. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
