Very fine, tonneau-shaped, water resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with single button chronograph, register and an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate and booklet.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, case band with 4 screws, rounded bezel, octagonal sapphire-set winding-crown, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, outer 1/5th seconds track with 5-second Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, secret Cartier signature on the 7. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 045 MC, with Cartier decoration, rhodium plated, 22 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring.
