CARTIER YELLOW GOLD CHRONOGRAPH DRESS WATCH Cartier, case No. 10549, the movement by European Watch & Clock Co., Inc. Made circa 1925. Very fine 18K gold, keyless dress watch with chronograph and 30-minute progressive recorder.

C. Three-body, ?Empire carrure plate?, polished, co-axial button in the crown for start/stop and return-to-zero functions of the chronograph. D. Matt silver with champlevé radial Roman numerals, outer minute ring and fifths of a second chronograph divisions with Arabic five-second numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 17 ??, European Watch & Clock Co., rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, Breguet balance spring, cam micrometer regulator, chronograph with visible work. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed European Watch & Clock Co., case numbered and with EJ punch mark for Edmond Jaeger. DIAM. 49 mm.
