CARTIER MINUTE REPEATING PENDULETTE Cartier, the case and movement by the European Watch & Clock Co., case No. 11991, movement No. 263978. Made circa 1925. Fine and rare, minute repeating, 8-day going, silver and enamel keyless desk clock. Accompanied by a Cartier fitted box.

Rectangular silver, the front and sides overlaid with translucent light blue guilloche enamel within white enamel line borders, back secured by four screws, turned feet. Matte silver with gilt Paris numerals, outer dot minute divisions. Gilt cathedrale hands. 18''', matte gilt with large going barrel mounted above the backplate, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with two adjustments, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a button in the side of the case, centrifugal governor. Dial signed Cartier, case and movement signed European Watch & Clock Co.
