Two-body, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, bezel and lugs set with round diamonds, screwed bars, 4 screws on the band, diamond-set winding crown, sapphire crystals. Guilloche silver with painted black radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature at 7. Blued steel breguet hands. Cal. 430 MC, gilt-finish with special Cartier logo decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
