Cartier London, "Duo-Plan". Produced in the 1940's.Very fine and unusual, 18K yellow gold lady's bracelet watch with an asymmetrical solid 18K yellow gold open bangle, the watch surrounded by a finely chased and shaped water-lily leaf.
C. signed European Watch & Clock Co., two-body, solid, polished, case back with screws, large bezel in shape of a water-lily leaf, back winder. D. off-white with painted Arabic numerals and dart indexes. "Epée" blued steel hands. M. signed European Watch & Clock Co., 5 1/4''', rhodium-plated, 16 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring.Signed on the dial and movement, numbered on the case.Diam. 14 mm.Dim. of the leaf 29 x 32 mm.Approx. overall length 150 mm.
