Cartier, Paris, "Santos Ronde", No. 0141/1847. Produced in a limited edition of 1847 examples in 1997, called "Collections Privées de Cartier", to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the House. Fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, two time zone, 18K yellow gold and brushed stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with 40-hour power reserve, date, and brushed stainless steel bracelet with polished gold screws and deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. three-body, brushed, steel case back and yellow gold bezel fixed with 8 screws, protected octagonal crown topped with ruby cabochon, sapphire crystal. D. "guilloché" silver with painted radial Roman numerals on a plain reserve, subsidiary dial on the 12 for the second time zone in 24 hours, sector on the 6 for the up-and-down indication, aperture on the 3 for the date. "Epée" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 2671, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Approx. overall length: 175 mm.
