Cartier Paris, "Carrée attaches". Entered in the register on September 9, 1951. Very fine and unusual, square, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch.
C. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screws on the band to fix the case back, cylindrical brushed hooded lugs with two polished "Vendôme" type overhanging attachments, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown. D. off-white with painted radial Roman numerals. "Epée" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 10''' signed Cartier, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, 2 adjustments, self-compensating flat balance-sprig.Dial and movement signed, numbered on the case. Dim. 22 x 35 mm.
