C. three body, rectangular with white gold geometrically decorated top set with cabochon sapphires, yellow gold bezel set with diamonds, plain yellow gold back of the same shape as the front, both parts hinged and set with two cabochon sapphires, one being mounted to a spring-loaded mechanism to open the covers. D. matte white, Arabic numerals, 'Spade' blued steel hands. M. rectangular, 4 1/2 x 10''', rhodium plated, 15 jewels, 3 adjustments, one to temperature, lateral lever escapement, cut, bietallic compensation balance, flat balance spring, wound and set from the back.Signed on the dial, movement signed Jaeger, case stamped with Edmond Jaeger stamp, French quality marks and Cartier numbers, back cover engraved inside 'European Watch and Clock Co, Inc.
