Extremely fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box.

Three-body, solid, polished, case back with 8 screws and a port-hole to view the tourbillon, stepped and wide sloped bezel, "Vendôme" type square lugs with white gold screwed bars, cabochon sapphire-set Pasha-style winding- crown, sapphire crystal. D. Transparent with painted radial Arabic numerals and indexes on an outer reserve, interlaced and blue enameled double Cartier "C" bridge, visible hand-engraved mainspring barrel at 12 and tourbillon cage with blued steel seconds hand at 6, applied white gold Arabic numerals for the 3 and 9 on hand-engraved white gold sections. Blued steel "lozenge" hands. M. Cal. 492 MC, rhodium plated, 30 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tourbillon regulator with A-shaped polished steel cage, monometallic balance, self-compensating platinum Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 38 mm.
