Cartier, Paris, "Santos Ronde", No. 0952 / 1847. Produced in a limited edition of 1847 examples in 1997 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Cartier. Fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, two-time zone, 18K yellow gold and brushed stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with date and a brushed stainless steel Cartier bracelet with polished gold screws and deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. Three-body, polished and brushed, steel case back and yellow gold bezel fixed with 8 screws, protected octagonal crown set with a ruby cabochon, sapphire crystal. D. "Guilloché" silver with painted radial Roman numerals on a plain reserve, subsidiary dial at 12 for the second time zone in 24 hours, sector at 6 for the up-and-down indication, "Cyclops" aperture for the date, secret Cartier signature at 7. Blued steel "épée" hands. M. Cal. 2671, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 34 mm.
