C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, screws on the band to secure the case back, octagonal cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown, gold screwed bars, sapphire crystals. D. "Guilloché" silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M.
