Very fine and rare, "tortue " , water-resistant to 30 m., 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with single button chronograph and register, "bordeaux" leather strap with 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp, wooden fitted box and certificate.

C. two body, massive, polished, transparent back with screws, faceted white gold winding-crown with a faceted saphire, mineral crystal. D. "guilloche" silvered gold with painted blue and white gold indexes and Roman numerals, auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 045, rhodium plated, engraved with the Cartier logo, 22 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, selfcompensating flat balance-spring, the coaxial single button on the winding-crown is for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 38 x 38 mm.
