Cartier, Pasha Grille, No. 1607/1847, sold in June 1998. Very fine and rare, centre second, self-winding, waterresistant to 330 ft/100 m., stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with date, "bordeaux" leather strap and stainless steel Cartier deployant clasp, fitted box and certificate.

"guilloche" silver with painted radial Roman numerals and tritium-coated indexes on a plain reserve, aperture for the date. "Lozenge " tritium-coated hands. M. Cal. 049, rhodium plated, "ceil-de-perdrix" decoration, 21 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, selfcompensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
