Cartier, Pasha Grille, No. 1607/1847, sold in June 1998. Very fine and rare, centre second, self-winding, waterresistant to 330 ft/100 m., stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with date, "bordeaux" leather strap and stainless steel Cartier deployant clasp, fitted box and certificate.

C. three body, polished, satine, transparent back with screws, revolving graduated bezel, grill over the glass, "Vendome" type lugs, screwed protection for the winding-crown with a ruby cabochon. D. "guilloche" silver with painted radial Roman numerals and tritium-coated indexes on a plain reserve, aperture for the date. "Lozenge " tritium-coated hands. M. Cal. 049, rhodium plated, "ceil-de-perdrix" decoration, 21 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, selfcompensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm.
