Cartier - Paris, Pendule Cadran, No. 192253, made in 1981. Very fine and impressive, silver gilt, nephrite, obsidian, rock crystal, onyx and mother-of-pearl, diamond set mystery clock.
C. Designed as a screen and supported by six hexagonal rock crystal short columns on a nephrite and obsidian base. D. Rectangular nephrite, with nephrite band, framed by a coral edge with applied onyx cartouches with diamond-set Roman numerals, the reverse decorated en suite but with mother-ofpearl in place of coral and gilt buttons in place of numerals. M. Battery powered quartz, concealed in the base. Signed on the base. Dim. 38 x 27,5 x 13,5 cm.
