C. bi-colour, massive, polished, bezel set with two rows of diamonds, surrounding one row of black onyx geometrical figures, diamonclset winding-crown. D. matte silver with painted radial Roman numerals. "Breguet' blued steel hands. M. 9"' signed Cartier, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial and movement signed, numbered on the case. Dim. 23 x 23 mm.
