Tortoise shaped, bicolour, massive, polished, platinum case, gold dedicated back, bezel and lugs set with diamonds, diamondset winding-crown, with 18K pink gold Cartier deployant clasp and platinum plaque. D.mat silver with painted radial Roman numerals. "Breguet " blued steel hands. M. 9-, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring. Signed on the dial, numbered on the case. In very good condition, accompanied by Certificate of Authenticity. Dim. 22 x 29 mm.
