Made in a limited edition of 150 pieces for sale in Italy for the Scala Theater, circa 2004. Very fine and very rare, large, rectangular curved, water-resistant, self-winding 18K white gold wristwatch with an 18K white gold Cartier buckle. Accompanied by a box.

Two-body, polished and brushed, case back with 8 screws, octagonal faceted sapphire- set winding crown, curved sapphire crystal. Texture silver with painted radial Roman numerals and treble clef at 8, secret Cartier signature on the VII. Blued steel epée hands. Cal. 120, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 20 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance , shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
