Three-body, solid, polished, case back with 8 screws, inclined bezel set with two rows of round white diamonds, "Vendôme" type lugs, winding-crown with diamond-set screwed-down protective cap and chain, sapphire crystal. Guilloché silver with applied Arabic quarter-hour numerals, diamond-set square in the center, aperture for the date between 4 & 5. White gold lozenge hands. Cal. 191, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration and plates engraved with the Cartier logo, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
