Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, unidirectional revolving graduated bezel, ?Vendôme?-type lugs, diamond-set winding crown with screwed-down protective cap and chain, sapphire crystal. D. Guilloche silver in a sunray pattern with square pave diamond-set center, applied white gold Arabic quarter-hour numerals, aperture for the date between 4 and 5. White gold lozenge hands. M. Cal. 191, rhodium-plated, Cartier monogram decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
