Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp. Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, stepped wide rounded bezel, cabochon sapphire set winding crown protected within an oval cage, sapphire crystals. Silver, partially skeletonized, with large painted radial Roman numerals, porthole at 6, showing the single grid bridge and the tourbillon cage, outer seconds track. Blued steel epee hands. Cal. 9452 MC, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 19 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tourbillon regulator with polished steel cage, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
