“Temp Modernes de Cartier” Launched in 2012 at the SIHH in Geneva, this playful wristwatch is set with 508 brilliant-cut diamonds (weighing approx. 3.70 carats). It combines a gear mechanism on a Tahitian mother-of-pearl dial. The rotating bezel set with gemstones can be manipulated in one direction or another, the gears of the dial then forming very decorative swirling patterns enhanced by the brilliance of the diamonds
