Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, case back with 8 screws, faceted sapphire-set winding-crown, curved sapphire crystal. Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, minute and second track, secret Cartier signature on the VII, subsidiary dials for the 12-hour, 30-minute and seconds registers , aperture for the date at 12. Blued steel épée hands. Cal. 205(BASE FP 1185), rhodium-plated, Cartier logo decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
