18K pink gold, open-face, keyless-winding, round-shaped, pocket watch, with one horological complication:
· Hours and minutes of a second time zone, known as doubletour d’heures(concentric hands, subsidiary dial at 12 o’clock, time-setting by push-pin at 1 o’clock)
· Co-axial 60-minute and 12-hour counter (subsidiary dial at 12 o’clock; activated by the round push-piece located on the case-band at 1 o’clock, for the re-set of the indexes)
Case-back polished.
White enamel dial with gilded suspended “Breguet” numerals; gilded metal “Louis XV” hands.
Movement 18’’’, gilded brass, going barrel, straight-line equilibrated lever escapement, à moustaches, cut bimetallic compensated balance with gold poising screws and blued steel hairspring with terminal curve, index regulator; counter work mounted under the dial.
Case-back polished.
