CHOPARD REF. 16/8449 L.U.C STEEL GMT REGULATOR Chopard, "L.U.C Chronometer Regulator," No. 178/250, movement No. 103502, case No. 1215253, Ref. 16/8449. Made in a limited edition of 250 pieces in 2008. Very fine, 8-day going, two-time-zone, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with regulator-type dial, twin-barrels, 24-hour night and day indication for the second time- zone, power-reserve indication and a stainless steel Chopard double deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original fitted box, Certificate of Origin, Chronometer Certificate and instruction manual.

Two-body, polished, concave lugs, button on the band at 8 for advancing the second time- zone hand in one-hour increments, transparent back with 8 screws, sapphire crystals. Skeletonized anthracite and silver with applied radial white gold Arabic 60-minute numerals on an outer reserve, outer minute divisions, subsidiary ring dials at 3 for the hours with painted radial Arabic numerals, for the 24-hour second time- zone with day and night indication at 9, for the seconds at 6 and 8-day power-reserve sector at 12. Luminous blued steel dauphine hands. Cal. 4RT, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, twin barrels, 39 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
