Extremely fine and equally rare, large, 18K white gold, curved tonneau-shaped wristwatch with visible ?Golden Bridge? movement and set with 256 diamonds weighing a total of 50.97 carats, with an 18K white gold buckle set with 13 square-cut diamonds.

Two-body, massive, curved tonneau-shaped, the bezel and lugs set with 58 specially shaped cut diamonds, bowed sides set with 78 graduated round diamonds, winding crown at 6 o?clock set with 30 round diamonds, curved sapphire crystal, the sides with sapphire crystal panels to view the movement, the back with four screws, the interior set with 90 baguettecut diamonds. D. Pierced black hands. M. Linear ?Golden Bridge? type, rhodium-plated, engraved, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber.
