Corum, "GoldenBridge". Produced in the 1980's.Very fine and unusual, rectangular, 18K pink gold and diamonds lady's wristwatch with visible engraved gold movement, all wheels and pinions fitted in a straight line, with a leather strap and an 18K pink gold Corum buckle.

Notes

This rectilinear movement is referred to as the "Golden Bridge In-Line" movement. It was invented by Vincent Calabrese in 1977 and later sold to Corum, who not only improved on it but patented it. All the wheels and pinions are arranged in a straight line, hence the name.
