Corum "Admiral's Cup", Ref. 96.830.21 V 585. Produced in the 1990's, sold on January 15, 2003. Very fine, water-resistant, dodecagonal 18K yellow gold and stainless steel gentleman's quartz wristwatch with date, round button chronograph and registers, and a stainless steel Corum integrated bracelet decorated with yellow gold rims on the links and clasp. Accompanied by a leather and wood fitted box and certificate.

C. three-body, bicolored, polished and brushed, case back with four screws and an embossed racing boat, the lighthouse and the Rock of Fastnet, and the words: "Winner of the Fastnet Race - Mumm Admiral's Cup 1993", yellow gold band, winding-crown and chronograph buttons, stainless steel case, flat bezel, crystal with "Cyclops" lens . D. off-white lacquered with polychrome enameled maritime flags for the hours, auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, aperture for the date. "Bâton" tritium-coated yellow gold hands. M. with quartz standardization. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm. Approx. overall length 195 mm.

The Fastnet race was created in 1925 by Weston Martyr. Takes place in August every two years in alternance with the Bermuda race. This event gathers more than 15 categories of sailing boats from 9,10 m to 25 m maximum and covers 605 miles. Departure in Cowes, descent of Solent, round Fasnet Rock South-West Ireland, return by South Bishop's Rock, Lizard Cape and arrival in Plymouth.
