Corum "Coin Watch", Ref. 55.477.56. Produced in the 1990's, sold on January 15, 2003. Fine, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch inserted in a 10$ American gold coin dated 1893, bearing the motto "In God We Trust", with an 18K yellow gold Corum buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, graduated bezel, reeded band, "Vendome" type lugs, diamond-set winding-crown, back engraved with the effigy of "Liberty". D. engraved with the Eagle and the motto. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 8 ''', rhodium-plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 32 mm.
