Made as a special order circa 2004. Extremely fine and rare, large, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with platinum and titanium balance, two going barrels, perpetual calendar with 3-dimensional spherical rolling moon phase accurate to a degree of one lunar day every 122 years, leap year indication and 18K pink gold De Bethune buckle. Accompanied by a De Bethune fitted box, certificate of authenticity, push-pin, spare strap and instructions.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, curved bezel, conical lugs, flat band with correctors, transparent case back secured by 7 screws, the border with engraved dedication for the first owner, sapphire crystals. Satiné silver with painted radial Roman numerals, subsidiary date ring, apertures for the days of the week and the months, 3-dimensional blued steel and platinum rolling moon phase and leap year indication window. Blued steel feuille hands. Cal. DB 2004 with 100-hour power reserve, rhodium-plated, cotes de Genève decoration, 27 jewels, self-regulating twin-barrel, high-frequency straight line lever escapement, patented special 3-spoke titanium balance with platinum ogival weights, shock absorber, self-compensating free sprung flat balance spring with flat end-curve.
