18K yellow gold, self-winding, vertical tonneau-shaped, heavy football referee’s wristwatch, water-resistant with screwed case-back, 45-minute graduated bidirectional revolving bezel, gold colour dial with radial indexes, subsidiary seconds at 12 (inside the aperture) and two horological complications:
· 1/5 second chronograph (activated by the two round-shaped push-pieces)
· Dragging 45-minute counter (exterior graduation with central index)

This watch is part of a very small series of wristwatches made in the 1980s-1990s, especially for football referees, by the watch brand Montres F. M. Du Roy, from La Chaux-de-Fonds in the Neuchâtel mountains, whose slogan was “La passion du sport” (Sport with Passion). This brand is also known to have made watches especially for golfers.
