EBERHARD CHRONOGRAPH STEEL Eberhard & Co., La Chaux-de-Fonds, movement No. 16059, case No.25592. Made in the 1940's. Fine and rare , large, stainless steel "Staybrite" wristwatch with oval button chronograph, registers and tachometer.
Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, curved lugs , stepped bezel, snap on case back. Black enamel with painted white baton indexes, outer minute and chronograph divisions, outermost and concentric telemeter graduations, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute registers dials. White painted alpha hands. 16''', rhodium-plated, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
