"Bassine"-type pocket watch; gilded brass. Fine and rare gilded brass, open-face, key-winding, round-shaped, "Bassine"-type pocket watch. Two-piece case, engraved with foliages, the back pierced with inside a blued steel plate to give a special effect. Later pair-cased glased. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, in the centre a garland of flowers; blued steel single hand.
