Notes

Launched in 2001, the Octa reserve de Marche was introduced featuring the new caliber 1300 which ensured a chronometer precision with at least 120-hours of power reserve. The first movements (such as this example) featured a rhodium plated brass movement featuring straight Geneva stripes, sought-after by collectors, that was later replaced in 2004 by a gold movement with circular stripes. Fitted with its rare yellow gold dial, these have a tendency to patina with time and become more or less brown/copper depending on the aging. Just completely overhauled by FP Journe in November 2025, an opportunity to purchase an early version of the Journe reserve de marche in excellent overall condition.
