An extremely fine and important, large, heavy, 18k pink gold, manual wind hunting cased, keyless pocket watch with minute-repeating, perpetual calendar in Cyrillic, chronograph with central minute counter and moon phases. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and concentric five-seconds divisions, subsidiary dials in Cyrillic the date, days of the week, 4-year cycle, aperture for the moon phases with lunar calendar and the edge. Blue steel spade hands.
