Notes

This watch is part of a limited edition made in collaboration with the McLaren Team for the 24 Hours Le Mans in 1997. An intense bond links constructors of great automobiles with fans of fine mechanical movements. For this race, the German constructor Porsche dominated the last edition by placing their cars at first, second and third position in the final classification. The Frank Muller?s Team McLaren Number 53, after a great start, had a string of bad luck which delayed its participation in thrace and the damage to the gear box ultimately forced the pilots to abandon the race. This withdrawal did not prevent Frank Muller from being on the podium. The winners, in fact, were presented by the Swiss watchmaker, in the presence ofMr. Fillon, Delegated Minister of Post and Telecommunications, with a magnificent Endurance 24 chronograph, the official watch of the competition. The 24 hours feature in this chronograph pays tribute to historic races such as Le Mans or Daytona.
