George Clooney George Clooney was last seen starring in Universal's critically acclaimed "Out of Sight, "the film adaptation of Elmore Leonard ' s best-selling novel. Clooney earned unified critical acclaim for his portrayal of fugitive bank robber Jack Foley. Clooney also starred as Colonel Tom Devoe in "The Peacemaker" (DreamWorks) and, as Batman/Bruce Wayne in the blockbuster "Batman & Robin"( Warner. Bros.) He also can be seen in a cameo in Terence Malick's highly-anticipated drama "The Thin Red Line" (Twentieth Century Fox). In 1996, Clooney starred opposite Michelle Pfeiffer in Fox 2000's romantic comedy "One Fine Day", and in Miramax's vampire thriller "From Dusk Till Dawn " , with Quentin Tarantino, Harvey Keitel and Juliette Lewis. He is also known to television audiences for his Emmy, Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild and People's Choice nominated portrayal of Dr. Douglas Ross on NBC's hit medical drama "ER". Clooney's creative inclination lies behind the camera as well. Ile formed Maysville Pictures, his own television production company which has a first look deal with Warner Brothers to develop and produce feature films.
