Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold lady's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, and 18K yellow gold Franck Muller buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box, and certificate.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, curved lugs with transparent snap on case back, domed sapphire crystal Bi-color guiloche green enamel and silver with painted gold Roman numerals on green enamel, outer guiloche silver, minute / second track with Arabic markers and 1/5th chronograph second scale, guiloche subsidiary second and 30 minute register. Yellow gold feuille hands Cal. 1870, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shockabsorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
