An extremely fine and rare, pièce unique, 18K white gold self-winding wristwatch with the case set with 63 baguette-cut diamonds totalling 3.95 carats and 14 blue sapphires totalling 1.45 carats; mother-of-pearl dial set with 251 diamonds totalling 1.07 carats, 75 blue sapphires totalling 2.11 carats; deployant clasp set with 7 baguette-cut diamonds totalling 0.55 carats; and sapphire crystal caseback.

This unique 18K white gold elliptical piece embodies the iconic Cat’s Eye collection. Utilizing rare snow and invisible setting techniques, master gem-setters spent over 100 hours hand-setting these precious stones into «living light.»
