A fine and elegant, 18k yellow gold, rhinestones and enamel, manual wind open-face, key-winding pocket watch, the bezel decorated with rhinestones. Case back engraved in taille-douce and chiselled in gold with a garland, centred by an oval polychrome enamel painting depicting a young lady, surrounded by rhinestones.
