A very fine and rare burr elm wood and gold, manual wind musical snuff box with built-in watch. Rectangular in form, bound by two gold bands, the interior veneered in tortoiseshell. Watch inset into the left panel with gold bezel, the musical movement housed within the right panel. Silvered engine-turned dial with Roman numerals and gold Breguet hands.
