Notes

While the most common of the tide watches made by Heuer were named the Solunar or the Seafarer and sold through the sporting goods stores in New York, ‘Abercrombie & Fitch’, the rarer version was called the Solunagraph and were sold through another sporting goods store, ‘Orvis’. Still in business today with about 80 stores through out the US, it was founded in Manchester, Vermont in 1856. Specialised in outdoor, fishing and hunting equipment, it made sense that they would offer this specialised chronograph to their clients. In excellent condition, with a near mint grey dial and combined with the original box and warranty, it is the first time we offer this complete example.
