Egg-shaped with elaborate engraving and gold overlay with sapphires and pearls atop a foliate stem, the case opens to reveal a lady holding a 14K white gold swan necklace, the base with translucent blue enamel with gold swans, set with pearls. Swiss musical movement with pinned barrel playing with tuned steel comb.
