HUGUENIN POCKET WATCH YELLOW GOLD A.Huguenin & Fils, Ponts-Martel, movement No. 167512, case No. 111067. Made circa 1890. Fine, hunting cased, keyless, 18K yellow gold pocket watch made for the South American market. Accompanied by the original Huguenin mahogany fitted box and spare silver and gold dial.

Four-body, "bassine et filets", engine-turned covers with polished borders, front centered with blank cartouche, reeded band. Hinged gold cuvette. Silvered with painted radial Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds dial, applied central and peripheral gold floral decoration. Blued steel poire hands. Cal. 19''', nickel, fausses cotes decoration, 16 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
