Very fine and rare 18K gold, quarter repeating watch with varicoloured Jacks and enamelled automaton scene.
Enamel dial plate, painted with a Swiss landscape, applied on the foreground with varicoloured gold automaton water wheel and a fisherman by a stream, two cherub Jacks above the dial, strike hours and quarters on two bells. Repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant, the repeating train driving the automata by means of cams and levers.
