Fine and impressive, Art Deco style, silver-gilt, rock crystal, lapis lazuli, black onyx, mother of pearl and diamond-set quartz mystery portico clock. Accompanied by the original fitted box.

Four rock crystal columns with lapis and black onyx bases and capitals highlighted with diamond bands, stepped entablature composed of lapis, black onyx and silver-gilt, hinged sloping octagonal top set with alternating panels of lapis and onyx and diamonds around the edge, cabochon lapis finial with diamond border, opening to revel the hand-setting knob, stepped base to match the entablature, the clock composed of massive faceted octagonal rock crystals within an octagonal frame suspended within the portico. D. Lapis lazuli and black onyx with circular hour indexes and Art Deco silver-gilt and diamond- set quarter-hour indexes. Silver-gilt and diamond-set hands. M. Quartz standardization powered by four batteries in series. Movement signed. DIM. 34 x 23.5 x 16 cm.
