IMHOF REF. 82-803 EMPIRE STYLE 8 DAY MARBLE CLOCK, RETAILED BY BUCHERER Imhof, Swiss, retailed by Bucherer, No.1679146, Ref. 82-803. Made in the 1960s. Fine and rare, green marble and gilt brass Empire-style 8-day going mantel clock.

Rectangular green marble and gilt brass with 5 gilt brass bow decoration, fluted bezel, hinged brass handle. Engine turned brass with radial black Roman numerals on a plain reserve, concentric minute track. Black fancy hands. Cal. 244, nickel finished, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring, index regulator.
