Very fine and rare, large, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with secular perpetual calendar, moon phases, 7-day power-reserve and an 18K white gold IWC buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and a certificate.
