Very fine and elegant, thin, 18K pink gold wristwatch with a gold-plated IWC buckle.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, straight hooded lugs, case back with anniversary engraving, sapphire crystal. D. White with painted radial Roman numerals. Black feuille hands. M. Cal. 1852, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
